Privacy Policy
Images are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to Tapestry Grid, stored in a Tapestry Grid account, or sent to an image API.
Images, grids, and calculator inputs
The browser reads the image you choose, reduces its colors, and keeps the working grid in that page's memory. Cell edits, color choices, stitch counts, yarn rates, and color shares stay in the browser. PNG downloads are created on your device; Print / Save as PDF uses your browser's print system.
Closing or refreshing the page clears the current work unless you download a Pro .tgrid project or your browser itself preserves form state. Tapestry Grid does not provide cloud saving or recovery.
Pro payments and License Keys
Creem is the Merchant of Record for Tapestry Grid Pro. When live checkout is available, Creem—not Tapestry Grid—processes the payment, applicable tax, order, receipt, and License Key. Tapestry Grid does not receive or store your full card details.
To activate or verify Pro, a Tapestry Grid stateless proxy sends your License Key and a random, non-personal installation identifier to Creem. The proxy does not create a Tapestry Grid account or project database. Your browser's localStorage keeps the License Key, Creem instance ID, random instance name, and last verification time so Pro can be checked again after a refresh.
Choosing Forget license removes that local browser record. It does not delete the Creem order, issue a refund, or release an activation slot. Images, grids, .tgrid files, and exports remain local and are not sent through the license proxy.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is configured but does not load until you choose Allow analytics in the on-page control. Before that choice, Tapestry Grid sends no Google Analytics request and sets no Google Analytics cookie. Images, grids, License Keys, .tgrid files, exports, and yarn-calculator values are never analytics events or parameters. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled.
The site stores your analytics choice in browser localStorage. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party _gacookies and process ordinary page, browser, device, and approximate-location information. Use Analytics settingsto change the choice.
Hosting data
The hosting provider may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser details, and request time. That infrastructure traffic does not include the image pixels or values entered into the yarn calculator.
Contact and changes
The current contact status is published on the contact page. Material changes to image handling, licensing, payments, or analytics will be reflected here with a new update date.
